My SO and I drove out to Lake Charles, LA today to visit a thrift store that’s only open 3 days a week so I had never been to it before. I found a great 90s Barbie blanket and a HUGE g3 Pinkie Pie! We also stopped at this place called Pizza Artista where you can build your own pizza and it had vegan sausage and cheese! Next we stopped for coffee and then took our food out to this cute park and sat in front of the water and ate our amazing pizzas (they were SO GOOD) and listened to music and there were all these seagulls and ducks and boats and omg it was the best ever and I feel so happy rn!!

13/08/2015 YS had 2 days off so for the first one we just stayed home, watched movies, cooked and took rest. 14/08/2015 We chilled a bit more and then headed to Dream Forest (what a pretty name and place). We really love spending time and walking in green parks when all you see most of the time is city, city, subway and city again. It was not even too hot, just perfect :) many parents with kids, friends and couples. Then we went to Costco because I wanted to see how big it is but there was sooo many people so we didn’t stay long. Anyway only today and after tomorrow, and he will quit his job for good. We will be two whole weeks together. So nice~
