what do you think of jughead and betty?

SOMEWHAT I JUST KNEW SOMEONE WOULD ASK ME!

As promised, here’s my (brutally) honest opinion :

I really, really, really, really don’t like it at all. I don’t think they have much romantic chemistry, they are good friends and everything but it seems so fake to me, I can’t imagine Jughead in any relationship. The only relationship he could have for me is with Ethel and only after in less 4 seasons.

If it wasn’t for the leaked spoilers (that I didn’t watch) I wouldn’t even think that their interactions aren’t completely platonic. I don’t understand why they seems particulary loved by the fandom. I seems to have many mutuals that love them so I won’t publish any ‘’hate’’ on them or anything, in less if I’m asked about them but you won’t see me reblog anything about it either. I’ll just try to ignore it.

So yeah. Brutal.

I actually never really had a opinion on them. I mean, I think I liked it but not that much? He (and the ship) died too soon in the serie for me to give it more thoughts. Still, they had lot of potentiel!
