What makes you happy?
happiness runs the fuck away from me, so I’ll answer this as “what makes me the least sad?” — tiny little kittens make me less sad, writing sad poetry ironically helps take the edge off, delicious food made with love makes me less sad, just…being in nature, smelling the scent of freshly fallen rain. Looking at the faces of the people I adore the most. Seeing happy couples doesn’t annoy me anymore. Happiness may not fully exist for me, but maybe that’s not the goal. It makes me happy to know that I don’t always have to be happy.
