Accommodation is important - including the preventative type.
SO many things can trigger or worsen my migraines, fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, chronic shoulder injury, patellofemoral pain syndrome, and small fiber neuropathy (and a couple of other less painful [for me] but still problematic issues like IBS).
Finding a job that would provide me with accommodations - including preventative ones - is virtually impossible.
I know from experience. 😔
Sadly, disabled people like me are often viewed as lazy and self-entitled. That really hurts and justifiably angers me.
Do better, society.
