Making a conscious effort to take constructive criticism and really work on what needs to be worked on. Pinpointing my own weaknesses and really developing them.
Each practice day I've been seeing an inch more of progress, and that is so encouraging. Baby steps are still steps, and sometimes the most exciting.
Sunday and Monday I had the chance to jam essentially all of our practice. Not being forced to switch back and forth really helped me keep my mindset in one scenario and hammer in those things I've been trying to nail down for weeks.
Really getting excited for our April 12 game, and the Big O. I can't wait to develop as a team and really display how much talent we have collectively.
