Priam/Aversa Supports (C-S)
(This is my first time actually writing either character so this’ll be fun)
C-Support:
Priam: Greetings. You must be Aversa. [Avatar] has talked about you.
Aversa: Oh, really now? How many of my dark secrets has [Avatar] shared with you?
Priam: I have learned only your name and about your prowess with magic. [Avatar] told me that you possess a unique gift.
Aversa: And why would a guy like you care about magic? You’re too busy flailing a sword around to bother with picking up a tome.
Priam: I strive to be the strongest warrior in the realm, and to do so, I must be able to defeat any kind of foe in my path. Anyone with such a gift is a worthy opponent to challenge.
Aversa: You came all this way just to fight me? And here I was thinking you weren’t like the rest of them.
Aversa: Oh well. I’ll accept your challenge. Just don’t go crying to [Avatar] when I defeat you.
Priam: And I would ask the same of you.
B-Support:
Aversa: Back for more, big boy?
Priam: Our last match proved that you are equal yet opposite to me, and I admit that it intrigues me greatly. It seems your magical capabilities match my skill with the sword. Anyone that powerful is a person I would enjoy training beside.
Aversa: Sorry darling, but I don’t like sweating around other people. It would ruin my flawless image.
Priam: I am usually the same way, but [Avatar] beseeched me to start training with the others. Apparently training in isolation is unhelpful to [Avatar] when it comes to forming strategies.
Aversa: Ugh, [Avatar] this, [Avatar] that. I don’t give two figs about what [Avatar] thinks.
Aversa: Besides, it’s not like anyone trusts me enough to let me fight alongside them, let alone think up some wild strategy with me involved.
Aversa: Well, it seems I’ve said far too much. Just forget I said anything.
Priam: Wait, don’t leave!
Priam: Training will have to wait, it seems.
A-Support:
Aversa: Gods, you’re stubborn aren’t you?
Priam: I would much prefer the term “unstoppable”.
Aversa: Cute.
Aversa: What I don’t understand is why you’ve been tailing after me for so long. Are you that curious to know all of my dark secrets? Do you really want to know why the others give me icy glares?
Priam: I would like to better know someone I wish to befriend.
Aversa: “Befriend” isn’t the word I’d be using when you’re done hearing everything.
Priam: We shall see.
[break]
Aversa: And there you have it. The whole story of how I wound up fighting alongside former foes.
Priam: What I do not understand is why you insisted on keeping it a secret. You clearly mean to atone for your past mistakes, and it’s not like you are the only former foe that Chrom has allowed to join his forces.
Aversa: Like I said before, nobody in this army actually trusts me, considering how I’ve tried to kill pretty much all of them.
Aversa: You were the only exception. You didn’t know who I used to be.
Aversa: I didn’t want you to know anything because I… I want to start my life over. Make some new friends… ones who don’t know the old me.
Aversa: For once, I wanted someone who didn’t see me and only think about what I’ve done.
Priam: Aversa…
Aversa: I thought maybe you could be a true friend and help me start all over again. But who would want to associate themselves with me?
Aversa: Not anyone with a sensible head on their shoulders.
Priam: Then consider me irrational.
Aversa: What?
Priam: The men and women I fought alongside with before I joined the Shepherds came from every background imaginable. The only thing I judged about them was their ability to fight.
Aversa: You did show excellent camaraderie with them, I must admit. Is that your secret?
Priam: I suppose it is.
Priam: But one thing I can assuredly say is that, in spite of what the others may think, I would very much enjoy your companionship.
Aversa: Really?
Priam: I swear that I genuinely wish to be with you.
Aversa: Are you sure it’s just friendship you’re after?
Priam: [blushing] Y-Yes, I am certain!
Aversa: Oooh, nobody told me you were so easily flustered, or that you were so cute when you stuttered! Heehee!
S-Support:
Priam: Ah, there you are, Aversa.
Aversa: Oh, hello there, Priam.
Priam: I was wondering, once this war is over, where will you go?
Aversa: I don’t… I don’t really know. I guess any place that I could feel safe in would do.
Priam: When the fighting ceases, I plan to return to where I came from and spend the rest of my time training alongside my brothers and sisters. You are most welcome to join me, if you would like.
Aversa: [blushing] Priam, are you asking me what I think you’re asking me?
Priam: [blushing] Yes, I do believe I am. Forgive me for proposing so suddenly, but I feel that the fighting is almost done and I did not want to lose my only chance at this wondrous opportunity.
Aversa: When did you decide all of this?
Priam: From the moment I first saw you on the battlefield, I noticed your beauty, your grace, and your power.
Priam: Once I joined the Shepherds, I grew more and more curious about you. I quickly gave in and asked [Avatar] about you, but I wasn’t satisfied with the meager information I was given.
Aversa: So then you chased me for nearly a week to get answers. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen an infatuated man do.
Priam: Love can drive anyone mad, especially if they only know so little about the one they desire.
Aversa: But now you know so much about me, and you still want me by your side. Well, I guess I can’t refuse such a lovely offer… especially when it’s from the man I love.
Priam: Truly?
Aversa: Of course. You’re the first person to honestly accept me as I am, and you see me as my own person. How could I not fall for you?
Priam: Then please accept this ring as a sign of our love… our promise for the rest of our lives.
Aversa: My goodness, what a gorgeous ring! Good to know you understand my needs. Hehe.
