Pride Night

So the secret to doing Pride alone is to go to a club, not a bar.  Drinking alone is depressing, dancing alone is still fun!  First club I went to was nice, but there was an overly insistent tweaker hogging the dance floor so nobody would dance because it meant he was gonna be all up on you.  Since the barkeeps either didn’t notice or didn’t care, I was like yeah I’m out.  I ended up one block away at The Stud.  I figured the cover charge would keep away the riffraff and I was right.  I basically danced from 10 until 2.  I had a blast, but to quote Abe Simpson, “That’s gonna hurt come winder.”

I had the opportunity to travel up from San Jose to the city of San Francisco with my sister to celebrate her part in the LGBT community, but also to take amazing photos. And I’m glad to say I had an amazing experience shooting, cheering, meeting people, etc. Thank you Pride San Francisco - I’ll see you next year!
