14, 49, and 50!

For my Hakuouki OCs, Izumi and Kazuhiko, who are siblings!

14. Happy birthday! What kind of present would your OC want?

Izumi: Izumi isn’t really big on the whole birthday thing, but she is also 100% a brat, so while she says she doesn’t want anything, she really does. But she’s also the type of person who would be happier with homemade gifts of any kind. Particularly crafts, though! She would always treasure homemade gifts from friends or loved ones.

Kazuhiko: Kazuhiko is the type of person who loves showering others in material items but actually doesn’t like materialistic things, himself. He would much rather prefer spending a quiet night in, without any of the glitz and glamour of birthdays (absolutely no singing). A home-cooked meal, soft music, copious amounts of making out, or anything that makes him feel special.

49. Your OC’s most prized possession?

Izumi: While she isn’t the most materialistic person on the planet, she really does treasure anything her mother gives her. Especially any hair ornaments, or accessories. She keeps those especially close to her heart.

Kazuhiko: I would have to say a picture of his family. His parents, his sister, and him. It’s cheesy, but he loves his family more than anything else.

50. What is your OC’s happy place?

Izumi: The battlefield. Realistically, probably her room, or the living room of Chizuru’s apartment, if this is a modern setting. If not, then the streets of Kyoto during the day would be her happy place.

Kazuhiko: A brothel. Okay, but honestly, his village. He’s happier there than he is anywhere else, despite what he says to deny it. Unfamiliar places tend to stress him out a little bit.
