i never blamed her for it i blamed my nerves over their weak ego i blamed the alcohol for altering my views and i blamed you for falling in love with me when that word never had space in that grown-up dictionary speaking out loud about my thoughts reminds me of that day where you told me to so suck a damn fat one that it would make me straight again i did and threw up for hours after my hangovers leave a more cordial even if still bitter tastes much like the one stitched on my tongue let me bite a bullet instead i reuse the wood from my closet I drank that mirk in my coffee and I fucked in your honor all the men you've never made love you

PrideWorks for Youth!

Incredible day at PrideWorks for Youth! It was an amazing day and it was clear that youth attendees left feeling affirmed and nourished. So honored to be a part of this annual conference, where I was a keynoter last year.

This year, I got to connect with Priya Nair (keynoter this year!), Deputy Chief Diversity Officer for NY State Governor Kathy Hochul, and Rachel Simon (second picture), a PrideWorks board member who put a lot of energy into creating this much needed space.
