walks by him on the way out of the studio. squeeze. [PrimeTDMG]
a game of cat and mouse. or rather dog and cat. always prodding at each others' nerves in front of the cameras, enough so it went past mere acting, actually reaching a boiling point. the tension slowly waned once they were out of the spotlight. partially.
an exaggerated face of contempt, draven was groaning and moaning on his way out, mumbling curses to himself. things he'd have told directly to her face if he had been given the time.
it likely started off as provocative banter for the audience, and led to the showman being put in an offensed state. he doesn't even remember what she said anymore to annoy him. he hated it. loved it...
too caught up into his ruminations, draven did not hear the recognizable click of the heels that signaled the diva's approach. and was caught way off guard when qiyana came in contact against him. shouldn't be surprised. of course she'd twist the knife in the wound.
yet, he cannot snap at her. there's only the feel of warmth creeping up on cheeks, and the frustrating realization his lips were sealed when he wanted to give qiyana a piece of his mind.
the showman's act falls apart, not so tough as he pretends.
then, words start to slip out again. but too late, she's gone. damn it. she had done it again.
draven likes the punisher. a vigilante with plenty of cool weapons, a pretty neat story, and a penchant for ultra-violence? sign him up.
spawn isn't half bad, either.
