It had been a while since Mark and Lyn had invited anyone from Eliwood’s army to their ger, they were always out and about in other lands with the friends they made abroad and didn’t seem to have that much time for the ones they made in Elibe. But that was changing because today they were expecting Priscilla to show up any moment. They didn’t quite know if she was going to bring any of her bodyguards, but they would enjoy her company nonetheless.

“You see anything yet Lyn?” Mark asked since she had the better vision between the two.

“Not yet, but it’s still early-! Oh, there I see a horse coming over the horizon, maybe that’s her right there.” Lyn said pointing out the small speck coming towards them. “Okay, you get the meal finished and I’ll ride out to meet her.” Mark nodded and Lyn saddled up her horse to go see who it was coming towards them.

The war was over and now was the time of rebuilding, Byleth did many things in her journeys but now some were done simply for herself rather then under orders, however one thing remaind true everything she did was for the empire. Riding upon Midnight going to the lands far away to find assistance was one of those, and one of her journeys brought her oversea’s to a foreign kingdom. Powerful wings flapping as she landed, the gusts causing any unused to pegasi to recoil, this land didn’t seem to....really be used to them. A vault hand her landing beside the mount, “I apologize for any disturbances....” The monotone voice made it almost seem as if the words were not truly meant but simply cited as route instead, but they were indeed meant completely. “Hup hup.” Taking the saddle Midnight instantly flew off on her own, Byleth was not one to leave her mount, rare as she was, to be tended by others instead letting her roam free while she was not being used.

Azure tresses flapped in the wind as the mount flew off and the woman finally turned to meet her greeter. “Hello, my name is Byleth, and you are?”

Thank you so much for commissioning me, @primtroubadour!! Your idea was super fun to draw out! Ironically, a lot of the time was actually spent on planning and redesigning the outfit, rather than the drawing itself lmao ;v;

Hinoka blinked as she listened to the other woman speak. So she had no idea how the Princess got here either? That was not a good sign. The Pegasus Knight gripped her head a little bit as it throbbed while getting up. How...? How..? All Hinoka remembered was a large bandit attack, and getting separated from..

...her siblings...

“Damn it!” Her face was red with embarrassment and rage. “I need to find them, my brothers and sister..” She looked around frantically. Thankfully her Naginata was nearby so that was one comfort...yet her loyal pegasus steed was not. “...Ok deep breaths...deep breaths..” the princess tried to calm herself before turning to Priscilla. “Where am I..?”

A worrying phrase she says, and yet the tome is procured nonetheless. Cue lifted brows of surprise from the swordsman and a small smile called to his lips. He has no aptitude for using magical tomes, but given the weather around camp who knew what he could talk the young woman into doing.

“Just a small one? I’m sure the two of us can be responsible for a bigger one. Who’s to say a bonfire isn’t called for right about now?”

Winters watched curiously from the PokéDen her family shared. The little Vulpix hadn’t met many humans before - her sisters often reminding her that humans liked to catch little Pokémon like it. So maybe watching from afar was better.
