So I was walking back from my gym class this morning and apparently I was slow because some girls were literally on my ass (idk why they didnt just go around) and anyway i overheard the fucking biggest gem of a statement "you know it's sad but you can only have fun when you're fucked up" and was talking about how much she drinks on weekdays and I'm kinda just like sis.... drinking doesn't make up for your lack of a personality.... ur just gonna die young...

One of the most comfortable things is to be labelled with ur mental illness. I've been going to therapy for about 5 years now and not once did my old therapist say I have a problem with anything. He'd just listen and not give feedback and not once said "oh well you're suffering from this and this" he would just said hm that's a catastrophic thought" and not elaborate. But my current therapist is such a saint I love her so much she actually says "yeah that's probably ur anxiety" and I'm just like "oh I get to say that, that is in fact what I'm suffering from" and she's just like "yeah anxiety is a fickle bitch." And that just gives me so much power.
