20) part of canon you found tedious or boring

I found most of s6 to be really boring and tedious — which I think is a very common read. The separation of Buddie, the sperm donor storyline, Buck delivering his biological son, Natalia, even Buck dying and the com dream. It was like everything that happened that season had zero lasting impact on canon in anyway except for Eddie dating Marisol. So most fics set in s6 or around concepts of s6 I find boring unless it’s taking something that fell flat (like Buck dying and the surrounding fallout/lackthereof) and turning it around doing something interesting with it.

21) part of canon you think is overhyped

The lawsuit arc. Every single time I see a lawsuit fic or something that tries to incorporate the lawsuit arc I get annoyed lmao because nobody is doing anything interesting with it! It’s almost always about how the 118 are big bunch of meanies and perfect little Buck needs to run away forever!!! In the context of the show, it’s an important milestone but the amount of people obsessed with this point of canon is 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

B: Like it. Not one of my bigger cravings, but it can scratch a certain itch if I’m in the right mood.

i like it! generally speaking, i love when characters create excessively convoluted problems for themselves because they're not willing to ask directly for what they want. obviously the classic flavor is when one or both of them are consciously pining beforehand, but i really do enjoy the variation where neither of them knew and they figure it out at different intervals just for maximum agony.
