                Perry’s been sewing most of his life, though, his repertoire has mostly consisted of old shirts and patches for his jackets, and he’s finding that Thranduil’s outfit is much more difficult than repairing a pair of pants. “Elves were a great idea, babe,” he says, bringing the fabric close to his face as he starts pulling at the stitches for what feels like the millionth time today. “But I’m gettin’ fuckin’ pissed and this isn’t working the way I want it to work.”

                 Perry jumps slightly when he hears William’s voice. He’s been hunched over his computer all morning and completely lost track of time–it’s somehow three in the afternoon already. He sits up, stretching his arms over his head and listening to his joints pop back into place. His eyelids are admittedly starting to feel heavy. 

“A nap does sound nice,” he murmurs, even as William shuts Perry’s laptop and takes the other by the hands, pulling Perry form his desk chair and guiding him back to their bed. They collapse onto the mattress and Perry finds himself pressed into William’s side, his own legs tangled with the other’s whilst William’s fingers card through his thick curls. Perry presses a kiss to William’s collarbone before laying his head against William’s chest, letting the sound of his breath and heartbeat lull Perry to sleep.

he spends half the episode trying to convince William to be on his team and moping when William says no so I would say that's a hard yes on loving William

👥 What is your favorite experience together as mun and muse?

this might sound like a cop out answer but i’ve been writing r for 5 years now and i do love how much he’s developed over the years, and i love how much my own writing has developed over the years as i’ve been writing r!! i just love writing r. he’s such an interesting, complex, multi-faceted character. and i feel like i, myself, have grown as a writer over the last 5 years.
