could you analyze a thief of life, seer of doom, prince of void, mage of rage, a sylph of mind and a maid of hope?? (they're in a session with a rogue of time, knight of blood, witch of breath and heir of space, but i already asked about those classpects!!)
Oh boy, Half a session right here. Let’s start with ones I’ve already done.
Thiefof LifeMaidof Hope
Seer of Doom
One who has wisdom of Doom.
To have wisdom of Doom makes you quite a powerful fighter, as well as astrangely good field medic. To know doom allows the seer to know how to counterit. Convenient, although does not grant healing, simply knowledge of how toheal.
The Seer is a key part of any session, as they are the primary source ofinformation as to how to succeed in the session. You will likely have magicallyknowledge regarding the outcome of doomed players, and what actions would doomplayers and timelines. As a Seer of doom, you will likely be highlyinvestigative of the dead, meaning basically you’re a corpse fanatic. This isprobably useful, as knowing what causes death helps to know what prevents it.Just, avoid being extra creepy.
As an advisor more than a fighter, the Seer of Doom is a Derse Dreamer.Unless they’re particularly active in combat, using their Doom wisdom to fight. It’s up to the individual. However they will start off having both.
Prince of Void
One who destroys Void
The Prince of Void has the ability to destroy void, which more accuratelymeans, to destroy the veil on information and things that would otherwiseobscure them. To reveal secrets and the invisible. Also, you would have theability to “Destroy the aspect of nothingness” in objects, so Roxy stylecreation of new objects from thin air, likely to use as weapons. These powersare obviously fairly helpful, although may make you obnoxious. Very obnoxious.
The Prince of Void willstart by destroying the void within themselves, as all princes destroy theiraspect within themselves first. This means you’ll be very in your face ofothers, boastful, and hide nothing. No personal detail is sacred, sadly. As aVoid player, you may find this a good way to get people away from you, anescape from socializing, by just generally being unpleasant. It’s importantthat you work through both of these problems.
Once you master youraspect a bit more, you will begin to destroy the void in others, as such youwill reveal some more of their secrets to everyone, to their dismay. If youhave a Moirail, it may not be for long. Keep persevering through your aspect, and you will overcome this compulsion, until you master your aspect fully.
The Prince’s personalquest is one of the most painful for their allies, and may make you not worthhanging around, but it has great payoff in the end. Perseverance is key.
The Prince of Void islikely a Derse dreamer, equipping others, and destroying any secret planningthe dersites may have.
Mage of Rage
One who knows Rage
Rage is the aspect ofnegative emotions and strength. To know these things, is quite depressing, really. Knowledge of any sorts is power though, and to know rage is to know howto prevent it.
Honestly, I don’t knowhow to say anything good or insightful about this role, all I can say for itwith any confidence is that’s it’s the short straw to draw. And that they’dprobably be a Derse Dreamer.
Sylph of Mind
One who heals othersthrough Mind
To heal through mind isto heal through rationality, and justice. For obvious reasons, this will beincredibly helpful to a session, especially a particularly chaotic one. (Onecontaining a Knight of Blood, perhaps…) Magic powers probably involve beingable to clear another’s mind magically, to help them think and act, without biasand anger. Your Mage of Rage would be very thankful for this, and a strong moirailegancecould form, or even matespriteship.
As a Sylph, you’ll likelybe very motherly and caring for others. Although this may sound all good, itcan be an issue if it goes unmonitored, as refusing loss of fellow sessionmembers is unhealthy, and may cause rash decision making. Getting through thisis a major part of your personal quest, as this bias is unhealthy. Also, as aMind player, you’ll likely have a strong sence of Justice, perhaps earlyaspirations of law enforcement. This will be very useful later on as the Sylphof Mind, being the Justice Healer.
The Sylph of Mind wouldlikely be seen on the battlefield, keeping the team’s mind healthy, so theyaren’t flooded with fear of the giant Black King. As such, they’re likely aprospit dreamer.
That’s what I’ve got sofar. Have fun!
