What would she do? She couldn't understand why any of it had happened, why had they killed sir Arys, why had he charged at them, why had sir Gerold turned his blade against her. He was there to protect me, Arianne said so herself.. She didn't really understand why was Arianne asking her to lie now, but she knew she had to decide what would she do sooner or later.
As she watched the sea through her window, she tried to think what should she do. They had removed the mirror from the wall, but she could still feel the scar. No powder or hair style would ever be able to hide it, she'd be this way forever and the it was sir Gerold's fault...but why lie about sir Arys? She sighed going back to her arm chair, it was long so that she could lay down, but not entirely. They had put it there so she could rest from her wound without need to be in bed. What would happen if she told the truth? Would they only punish Areo Hotah or would the Martells be blamed for it? Most of all, were they to be blamed for this?
She sighed heavily letting herself fall asleep...She was the same room, but there seemed to be an orange glow about it. There looking out the window there was a woman. For a moment Myrcella thought it was Arianne, but she was much more slender than the bold princess's and she seemed fragile.
"Hello young one, I'm sorry that I've never come to you before" the woman said turning around. She was very beautiful, just like Arianne, though in a more delicate way. "Who are you?" Myrcella asked, "I am Elia Martell, surely you remember who I am?" the girl frowned, of course she remembered who that was, but her betrothed's aunt had perished many years ago before she was born. "This is a dream then? Why am I dreaming of you?" she smiled kindly, in the past the princess wouldn't have made much of it, but now, with half her face a ruin, every kind smile made her feel like people pitied her. That angered her, making her want to lock herself away from anyone who would look at her and smile like that. "What do you want from me? If you mean to say you're sorry for what happened to me, don't. Being sorry won't change it, so I'd rather ignore it and move on." She knew she was being rude, but if this what did it matter if she was polite or not? "I am not here for that, I am here to ask you something." That surprised her, what could a ghost want from her? "What are your feelings towards my family?" How could she answer that..she wasn't sure of anything anymore.."I..I don't know..." she sighed "Arianne used to be one of my best friends but now...now I'm not sure..I don't know if I should blame her for what happened..and Trys...he was my friend..and I like him but...does he still like me?" there it was that smile again "I cannot tell you what to feel, or what do they feel. All I can ask of you, is that you make your choice wisely, for it'll affect them greatly. They are my family, and I hope one they you will be one of us, but that will depend on your choice. Please take this in consideration, if not for them, for the people of Dorne then. Your choice can affect more than you think..." There was a moment of silence while the girl thought about her words "I don't wish anything bad to happen, neither to my future family or Dorne..but I don't know if I should lie..." she sighed heavily "I don't remember all that happened, not clearly, I remember Arys being shot many times, and sir Gerold turning against me...but I can't remember anything else..." The former princess came closer to rest a hand on the ruined side of the girl's face "Some times a lie can be an honorable one, some times a lie can save lives...If someone lies to protect a beloved one, is that wrong?" she was smiling kindly again, but this time it didn't bother her. Myrcella sighed looking towards the open window "I suppose it isn't...."
She woke up with Rosamund beside her, pressing a wet cloth to her scar softly "Cella, are you feeling any better?" She didn't know what did the other girl expect her to answer, her cousin was a kind girl but a bit dim-witted at times. She sighed straitening up, assuming a more serious face "Tell them I wish to see prince Doran, there is something I must tell him of" She had already made up her mind, she only needed to tell him of her decision and decide what would her exact words be. All she hoped was that she was a better liar than she thought...

He did not recognise her at first, for he had only met her once during the tourney at Harrenhall, and even then, only briefly. But his memory was sharpened somewhat by death, and he knew without a doubt that this was Princess Elia Martell, Rheagar's wife who was killed by the Mountain during the sack of King's Landing.
And here they were, both dead. What should he say? Was there anything to be said? Should he apologise that it was his sister that Rhaegar chose to love? Or should he apologise that he was on Robert's side of the Rebellion? There was nothing to say.
But she was the one who spoke first, " What ever that has happened is now in the past. I do not blame you for anything, Lord Eddard,"
Lord Eddard. It had been a long time since anyone had called him that. Not since the death of his lord father and brother. It almost made him feel young again, "I thank you. But i hope that you do not bear my sister any ill will,"
She fell silent at that, but only for a moment, " I was angry at her for a long while, before i accepted the fact, and my death,"
He simply bowed his head at that and said nothing.
" Dying was easy. Painful.. but easy," She sighed and glanced down at her palms, " Death was not so. It is long and draining, to hold onto that anger," She looked up at him, " Is that what is keeping you here?"
" .. Partly," He replied slowly, " I'm here for my family. To see them return to Winterfell safe. To help them,"
" Are you sure? That you your prescence here helps them?"
" I know .. that i'm making it harder for them when the day comes when i finally have to leave,"
" Harder for them, or for you?" When he gave her no answer, she continued, " It is difficult to let go, i understand, but you must. You may say that you will leave once your family is safe. But when that day comes you will want to stay for longer, perhaps until your children give you grandsons or granddaughters, then after you will want to stay to see them grow into adulthood. It will never end. You will linger here until the end of time if you do not take care,"
" Until all of them are safe in Winterfell," He repeated, his voice firm. Then, he closed his eyes.
" Would you like me to help you keep that vow?"
He looked at her, " Please,"
She nodded and gave him a sad smile, " Then, i will,"

Tyrion was just a boy then. He couldn't completely comprehend what was happening. He remembered seeing his brother and father talking about the Mad King and Lord Robert.
And a morning came that was like no other. Screams woke Tyrion. The first thing he did was to look out of the window. People were fighting.
A woman with two little children rushed in Tyrion's chambers. She was Lady Elia with Viserys and Danaerys. "Please help me." She whispered, pleading. "They will kill us...Help us..."
Without a second thought, Tyrion gave her instructions on how to find a secret passage that led outside of the castle.
The woman smiled and thanked him.
But she died anyway. At least two of her children escaped...
*curtsies* my prince, I have missed you. I must apologise for being absent so long, I am becoming ever more frail.
*lightly takes her hand and kisses it*
My lady, there is no need to apologize for such. I would rather you keep your health in mind.
