Aleks ordered his guards to get that ring for Clairy. Hopefully she didn’t notice that he was anticipating on getting that ring for her, and it wasn’t just going to be any ring; it was going to be that ring.
A soft knock on the door early in the morning, he knew the guards were delivering the ring. He gently got out of bed, hoping not to wake Clairy and retrieved it. Staring back at her sleeping, he couldn’t believe how beautiful she was. Aleks leaned over and kissed her forehead. “Princess,” he began, kissing her ear and whispering in to it “wake up, we had a long day ahead of us.”
He didn’t want to wait any longer and quite frankly, his nerves were all jittery. He really loved this woman and he didn’t actually plan the proposal at all. However, he knew Clairy wasn’t too keen on big proposals anyways -- but he did hire a photographer when it happened, in case Clairy wanted to scrapbook the moment.. that is, if she said yes. -- Once the two were ready and they left the resort, Aleks kissed her hand as she went into the car. “Is this your first time on a boat?” He laughed, squeezing her hand a bit.
