In February 2019, Mohena celebrated her engagement ceremony with Suyesh Rawat. It was a lavish ceremony in Goa. Suyesh is also a prince and the wedding is set to take place in Haridwar this year. However, talking about how she feels, she said, “It is fun, exciting but also nerve-wracking. The entire process of stepping into a new phase of life is thrilling yet taxing. She also said, right from shopping, planning, decided upon the places to visit together, honeymoon everything is on my mind right now.”
