Waking up in a field is starting to get old, Robin thought as he stared up at the night sky. He had been there for an hour or so, not wanting to get up for his body felt too heavy to move. He needed time to think anyway, a heavy sigh left his lips as he finally decided it was time to leave. Places to go, people to see.
One would think that if you came back to life you’d be more ecstatic, but Robin felt too tired to try feeling excited. He looked at the back of his hand and duly noted the mark was gone. He tried to think back to what exactly he was looking for on the back of his head and frowned when he couldn’t quite remember.
His name... what was it again? His memories felt just out of reach, as if there was a word on the tip of his tongue that he just couldn’t remember what it was. After a moments pause he looked around, no that wasn’t right... The place was not at all familiar to him, perhaps it was the darkness or he wasn’t where he thought he was. His first goal now was to find civilization in this strange new land.
After several hours of just walking being lost in thoughts -all alone, Robin spotted lights in the distance. He smiled a weary smile as it got closer, he felt he was going to collapse due to exhaustion. One more step and he might just- oops. There he goes, he should really stop with this collapsing business. “Perhaps someone will find me again,” the said aloud to no one. Again? When have I done that before... Sleep soon succumbed after he put his hood over his head so as not to get his hair too messy.
