Do you have any headcannons for Beth March, had she not died?
I got lots!:D Most importantly she doesn’t die of course, that’s my personal canon. I also ship her with Paul Irving from Anne of Green Gables (another INFP and so amazing! It’s so sad to find almost nothing about him here.:(). But most importantly, I think of her finding out about emotional abuse. My friend @gakuenkaoru and I recently realised just how abused all of the Little Women and Laurie are. It’s horrible. Especially since it’s so covert - Marmee just permeates that warm glow of a loving mother and it’s only when you look at the sisters and what immense emotional and mental problems they have, particularly how much self-hate, that you get to the truth. But once you see it, it’s everywhere!!! One could write an essay about emotional abuse to each chapter. So we had the idea of writing a modern AU fanfiction where Jo and Beth find out about emotional abuse and learn to heal from it.:) That’s really my favourite and most important headcanon for Beth - that she learns to love herself!<3<3<3<3
