From 5 to 8 October, Audace will host The Madeleine Moment: A Story of Scent and Remembrance, a showcase comprising calligraphy by Craft Varies, paper settings by Do Not Design, and vessels by Crater Ceramics containing 8 different wild herbs that have been sourced from the French Alps by Chef Jeremy of Audace. Through this showcase, explore the idea of memory through scent by smelling, touching and tasting these herbs. Herb infused dishes and cocktails will also be on the menu at Audace.
