ARCADE FIRE WRITER/DIRECTOR EMILY BOCK WINS PRISM PRIZE
Montreal filmmaker Emily Kai Bock was pronounced winner of the 2014 Prism Prize for her writing and directing work on Arcade Fire’s “Afterlife” music video at at a VIP reception held at The Everleigh in T.O. last night.
Bock's almost eight-minute dramatic interpretation imaginatively threads a story together about three generations of men, whose nightly dreams helped them to process the death of a family matriarch.
