It's difficult to describe my intention behind the melody as he is such a complex character. But I wanted to show his intelligent and thoughtful side, his deep love and care for others, his broken side due to all the events in the past and during the outbreak, etc. He's just like a sweet golden retriever <3

Yes, prisonbreakfic.net is back, along with (we hope) everything intact, stories and reviews alike. For now, the admins have disabled any new story submissions or reviews. This is mostly in the interests of ensuring every single 'bug' has been fixed (an ongoing process) but also because we felt it was up to the fandom to decide if they wished to keep this site purely as an archive, or bring it back to life completely and allow new submissions and new reviews. To that end, please let us know your thoughts in the comment section. Thank you to Elizabethb for all her work over the years as owner of the site, a shout-out to Christie who originally started prisonbreakfic.net back in 2006, and honorable mentions to all the past admins who worked tirelessly to wrangle, curate and referee. We would also like to thank the wonderful @swan-road and her sister Liz for actually doing the hard graft when it came to unpacking the files and setting up shop in the site's new home. We don't understand exactly what magic you managed to worked, but we're very grateful for it. mahofield might actually be one of the best ships purely because of the insane tension between the two. older man with a younger guy is normally not a trope that i enjoy unless it's specifically a ship like these two. the concept of michael scofield being insanely smart, like a lot smarter than all of the other characters, but alex mahone always being one step behind him, keeping up with michael's extreme intelligence, i think that's what makes them so special to me because alex can just read him like a book and i feel like it even scares michael to an extent...
i honestly think michael scofield had more chemistry and even sexual tension with all of the male characters rather than his WIFE sara tancredi 😭 him and sucre, and him and MAHONEEEE!!!! everytime they were on my screen i genuinely thought they were going to kiss ....
people finding out about prison break no matter how late they are always makes me so happy bc ur about to witness absolute peak. everyone always gets mad about "newgens" but i couldn't care less, i think new people finding shows or fandoms is so important in keeping it alive no matter how corny they can be
