ever since I got one of those drugstore mouthguards last week my TMJ pain has been so much more manageable!!!! like my jaw still clicks sometimes and sometimes the pain still gets really bad but dear god, it’s 10x better

i can’t wait until its 100x better where there’s no pain at all and my jaw feels like it’s aligned again but I can deal with this.

esp. since I didn’t expect it to start feeling this much better this quickly
