Who are PrivSec, and why are their cowpoke operatives so skilled and numerous?
They're a private security firm hired by Nevada Central's wealthiest to protect their wealth. Most of their units are comprised of bandits that were conscripted and promised their freedom if they succeeded.
They are skilled because they are trained, they are numerous because Nevada Central rarely has to defend itself. The bank heist was the most they had lost in well over 20 years.
