Probing Solutions
Conventional probes are passive and is the most commonly used ones for electrical measurements. An oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 100 MHz using a 100 MHz probe will have only 70.7 MHz. f3dB = 0.35/tr where tr is the rise time. tr(overall) = square root of {[tr(probe)]^2 + [tr(scope)]^2}.
