"SONY" CAMERA NOT TETHERING TO "CAPTURE ONE" on MacBook Pro/Windows
Sony Cameras not tethering to Capture One Pro or any other softwares on your MacBook/Windows
I had this issue for quite some time and I went behind Sony’s life on repairing my camera thinking there must be some issue with my system, then I figured it wasn’t the camera, Thought must be my “MacBook Pro” but I was yet wrong, then said it to my self must be “Tether Tool” wire realised NOPE I was wrong. I decided to write a message to Capture One and get a fix but no body could help me. No one knows about this issue, there are few people who had the same issue but they never spoke about the solution rather - got new camera, laptop, tether tool wire or may be stop Tethering.
Anyhow, last few month I stopped shooting cause I couldn’t tether and I don’t enjoy my shoots if I can’t Tether. I’ve been going mad understanding what is the solution and today I have the solution.
EVERY-TIME YOU CONNECT YOUR CAMERA, CAMERA SHOWS:
CAPTURE ONE PRO IS CLUELESS & GIVES MESSAGES LIKE THIS:

ITS GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP & SYNC
Yes! you read it right please Quit your Google Drive Backup & Sync. I’m not much of a technical person but I really think this is the most stupidest thing which I have ever come across, There is no connection at all but what I’ve understood is that - NOTHING! Google you should really start talking.
Anyhow, do this and you’re back to Tethering!
