I'll post this one as a link because I know I've got some vegan and vegetarian followers but for those who see knowledge of how to kill and process your own food including small livestock, this is an alright video showing how it's done from kill to cooked.
Just be warned, the beginning is kinda heart-wrenching as they kill the rabbit.
I say the video is 'alright' because I'd actually have preferred a bit more verbal description about what's going on and what to be careful of when removing organs, but in general it's a pretty good video.
I was a little concerned with the sanitation levels of what they're doing but if you think about it, it's all going to be fully cooked over a fire anyway so any bad stuff that get's on the meat is going to be killed during that process.
Anyway, worth checking out if you plan on one day raising and slaughtering your own food as I do.
