How many of us have so many things on our plate that we feel paralyzed? 4 stages of procrastination.... Contemplate the idea of working. Pull out the computer. Sit there and ponder... Open the computer & stare at the screen... Say screw it & huddle under the covers a little longer. Get up, stretch, take a 5 min escape outside, go back in & get busy! Aim to knock out 45 min of small tasks. Then repeat steps 1-5. Set a timer and complete another 45 min of work... continue this progression pattern until either the day is done or your head cannot handle anything more.
