"Dark Matrix" by Bumblefoot for Carlin Publishing
I'm going by the information in the video description as the exact credits are not entirely clear, but this is a "production theme" used by WWE first (and more notably) as part of the viral marketing of Chris Jericho's return to the company back in 2007.
I always liked this one specifically as it always stuck out as very different from the usual sounds used by WWE - which is usually your typical variants of rock - and really fit the cryptic nature of the promos, not to mention the Matrix motif.
It stills pops into my head every now and then. Gets my brain moving.
(I actually remember a version of this with lyrics, but cannot find it. I'll probably post it later when I do.)
