Head down. Deep into her manuscripts. Ziyi walks through the hall; half asleep and half focused on her studies--well, her students studies. Ziyi doesn't even comprehend her surroundings until a smell hits her nose and the young vampire looks up from her book to face none other than Ancient Runes professor, Shamaal. "Hello Professor Shamaal." Ziyi greets the other with a polite nod and smile. "How are you today?"

A cup of caffè corretto in hand and a stack of papers held in the other, Shamaal walked over to the teachers lounge expecting a fairly empty room. Instead he was greeted by the sight of the Chinese beauty. Her sharp eyes and equally sharp smile greeting him and he felt as if he was teetering on a blade. It was quite a diversion. He nodded back at her, replying the gesture before opening the door for her. "Ladies first."
