I remembered one time(this was yesterday), i thought I had lost my architect plushie I made(it's been 3 weeks), then I decided to clean my bag because it was dirty and very very messy😡 after I took all of my stuff at my bag, I saw a black thingy(idk what you call it but it was used for cupcakes)I thought it was a trash until I grabbed it...it was the architect plushie I made...I THOUGH I HAD LOST HIM FOR 3 WEEKS JUST TO FIND HIM UNDER MY BAG THIS WHOLE TIME. I was also relieved and mad at that same time☺️☺️

Anyway, here's architect and Shelly I made‼️

Remainder to all class/privilege-conscious folks out there! Do whatever you can for marginalized people in your profession, especially in the prestigious fields! If they survived that far, with that much obstacles against them, you know they should get a chance for a successful career. To combat discrimination, help people around you who deserve to succeed. Nominate them for grants and awards. Buy their book, for yourself or a friend or to donate to your library. Update their Wikipedia page. Share your knowledge. Take on interns and trainees. If they're talented, recommend them to others. Focus on their positive traits when describing to others in the workforce- trust me, everyone heard about the negative ones already.

Racists, mysoginists, classists, ableists, terfs etc. will spent hours trying to make marginalized communities fail- so we need to band together and not only refuse to behave horribly, we have to actively help the ones who are having it harder for no reason!

It's especially important to support low-income people.

Wealth is not just money, it's connections. It's having your voice listened to. It's being recognised for your hard work. It's being given second chances, over and over. It's acknowledging and appreciating your talent.

The world is not fair. Some people are gonna have lots of support and all the advantages in the world. But it doesn't mean we can't even try to even the race and provide some of it to others.

If you want to see more POC/women/disabled people/first generation/Indigenous people/religious minority people in senior positions, actively work toward it. You know lots of people are already working against them. It's really needed.

Okie,so this one is a stretch if im being honest,it kinda popped into my head and even I realised it was a little strange,but the stranger the better right? ( Heh..right?? 😅)

Its xiao xingchens first day working as a professional merman at the local aquarium,to be honest its quite a drive from his actual house but he loves his hobby of entertaining kids,so he's willing to drive a few hours to and back from the place allowing him to work ! Professionally! In his hobby!

He's got his tail and fins packed,his makeup bag with him and his worker ID ! He shows up and is led through the admins only door to not ruin the magic for the kids..he gets his makeup all pretty and scaly, his tail on,and a top he decided to wear,stuck to his chest with body tape so it wont move too much in the water

Once he texts one of the shift managers hes all ready they text him back that someone will come carry him to the shark tank hell be swimming with fish in,and another person to give him a safety briefing for swimming with the sharks

And the first person to come carry him is..huge.

He's carried over and they manage to make some small talk..cuz its very difficult to not make it awkward when your literally being princess carried but a huge hot buff guy

Then hes sat in the tank opening,with his fin in the water and his butt on the edge of the opening

And the human tree-

Makes a grumbling sound when the person giving his safety briefing to xxc walks through the door

Immediately greeting sl as 'big guy'

And not so politely flirting with xxc,he introduced himself as xue yang,the one incharge of the shark tank, he's given the briefing,sl toddles over to start doing his guided tours, before he leaves he gently says goodbye to xxc and only huffs when xy asks 'what,no goodbyes for me??'

Xue yang does stay with xxc before he goes into the water,and he tells him of this one lemon shark with a missing fin he named pinky, apparently a real sweetheart that loves attention more then the other lemon sharks,with whom xy has even dancing with in the water when he cleans the tanks a couple times,xy tells him all these cool and interesting facts about lemon sharks and then xxc's cue is heard,its his time to shine,xy promises to be right there near the tank opening if xxc needs anything or something happens

And he dives in, holding his breath as he trained so hard for

And there they are,all the cute excited little kids currently being guided by sl, smiling back at all the happy faces he blows a heart into the water,he does a couple tricks before "swimming to another part of the tank" aka, coming up for air,and xy really is there,he gives him a sip of something sugary and sweet,then he's in the water again..he does a few laps and trick shows around the tank, and then he feels something swimming up against him,he turns to look,and its a little lemon shark with a missing fin

Its pinky!

Xxc is thrilled to meet xy's favourite shark. And he is just as sweet as xy promised,at first xxc only let pinky swim around him,then he tries holding out a hand for pinky to rub against,and before he knows it ,hes dancing with the shark! A group of children notice them and start cheering and jumping around excitedly,xxc cant help the laugh that comes out of him, forcing a bunch of bubbles out of his mouth.

Then the day's over,the aquarium is closing for the day,and he's helped out of the tank by xy and sl, who's now made a return after finishing his tours, he tells xxc about all the little kids and how loudly they cheered and laughed when xxc performed for them,and xxc's smile couldn't be bigger.

Xy gives xxc his number and winks at him,xxc giggles and blushes slightly..when he first got there and sl was carrying him to the tank he mentioned he was poly..and sl also gave him his number,he smiled at him softly, noticing the little blush that spreads across sl's neck,and it only makes him smile bigger

He comes back home exhausted,but he couldn't be happier

Today was a good day.
