Layers. Tank top under long-sleeve shirt under t-shirt under hoodie is how I survived sub-zero winters working in a motel front office with barely functional heating. I also have a well-curated collection of flannels and cardigans
Heating pad. Good for pain, good because my room is often fucking cold
Electric blanket. Got one for Christmas last year and let me tell you, I have been missing out by not having one until now. 30 years wasted not being under an electric blanket
They sell these weird, sticky gel patches usually at the pharmacy (also online) that you put in the fridge and then you can stick them to yourself and it's like having an ice pack you don't need to hold. I use 'em more for migraines, but they work pretty well for cooling down, too
