Power Outage at Payza Processing Center:
We are currently experiencing a power outage at the Payza Processing Center. As a result, all of our telephones lines and computer systems are down. We cannot therefore respond to any Customer Support inquiries at the present moment.
We have been notified by the electrical company that power should be restored within 3 hours. As soon as the lights come back on, we will notify you immediately.

Payza Processing Center Operational January 4, 2013:
Hip-hip-hooray! The power has been restored to the Payza Processing Center. Since it took a little longer for the power to get up and running, the Payza Processing Center remains closed for the remainder of the day.
GOOD NEWS, though: all Customer Support and Business Service operations will be fully functional Friday, January 4, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
We look forward to serving you at full capacity and answering any and all of your Customer Support inquiries first thing Friday morning.
