High-speed counter module in the PLC ranging positioning control
Abstract: The use of high-speed counter module PLC automatic ranging, positioning control plc logic controller, and gives an application example. Talk about the principles of simple, high positioning accuracy, has practical value. Snapshot text: In the electrical and mechanical equipment PLC control, feed control problem exists mostly. Programmable Input Module used to feed control methods are: (1) the action by the limit switch, signals, PLC signal to the PLC whereby the feed links stop working. Although this method is simple, but the positioning accuracy is poor; (2) an increase of a distance measurement processing system, when the feed went to the predetermined position, the distance measuring system to the digital signal, PLC run away to the PLC.
