Scratch is a really shitty and toxic place when it comes to stealing other peoples work and such, probably because a majority of the users are 8-11 years old. It sucks man. Glad I moved on from posting art there before I got good enough someone might do that stuff lol

I think thats its fair to acknowledge the website was meant for programming and not art, and those two groups handle creative content with very different perspectives (programmers typically share everything, no rules, spring board off each other, while artists tend to value originality and finding multiple ways to solve a single problem) and thats all fine and dandy, but when the website promotes itself as an app that lets you animate, you attract a culture that doesnt appreciate its work being minimally edited with no credit. Scratch mods then tell you the program is not meant for art/animation, and to basically suck it up because thats how code works.

Like make up your damn minds. Do you want animators/artists to be included or not.
