do you know of any programming going on in the china lake mojave naval base?
China Lake is used for experimental weapons. The programming at China Lake using people is for 'hive mind' programming for combat military personal.
Some children initially began their programming at China Lake, then were transferred to other facilities to continue the programming.
Due to the earthquake in 2019 and the damage it caused to labs, TBMC programming has been limited while they are repaired.
Due to China Lake's research, they have connections with many other intelligence programming facilities.

I saw that you need more info than country/state and approximate time period to be able to answer asks about programming sites etc. What kind of info would you need? Would the name of a specific facility and where it's located be enough for you to know or make an educated guess as to whether it was involved with anything?
The more information provided, the better. If the name of a facility is known, yes this is helpful.
For example, asking this isn't enough information: What are programming sites in Georgia from 2000-2010?
This is the form of question that is most helpful: Was there a programming at Fort McPherson, Atlanta Georgia, connected to the Army, in 2000-2002?

a lot of resources claim a place called "MacGill AFB" as a programming location, but there doesn't seem to be such thing. do you think it's meant to be MacDill AFB?
The resources you're reading probably used the initial source. For example Ron Patton says 'MacGill' and his source was most likely Brice Taylor's 'Thanks for the Memories' that says 'MacGill'. Other's then used these for the programming site list passing on the typo.
MacDill AFB in Florida is used for programming. The typo most likely occurred due to McGill also being a programming site.
