A quick update to bring you the results of our lottery. We’re bringing it much later then intended because we were hoping to get a few more eligible members into the male side of things in particular before we put it out there, but alas. Hello hopefuls and welcome to the first stage of the Produce Project! There is a lot to cover here so bare with us. This first “episode” will center around the initial auditioning process.
MECHANICS.
In order to advance to the next round participants must complete one of the prompts provided, in excess of 500 words if a solo or in the standard 4/4 at 350 a post thread.
Prompts may only be completed once.
Prompts are time-locked and must be completed by the end of the “episode.”
Additional threads centered around this “episode” and completed per requirements (4/4 at 350) are eligible to redeem for PP.
Example additional thread ideas: backstage before your muse’s audition, watching other auditions, etc.

Threads for points must be completed with other members of the show. You’re welcome to bring up Pro.J with other muses in the roleplay but unless the other party is also a participant it doesn’t count towards your project point totals.
PROMPTS.
( INTROSPECTIVE ) - Writing from the perspective of your muse having advanced through the audition stage, this prompt can cover dealing with the emotions that come along with advancing into the competition and the preparation for the audition stage and so on.
( AUDITION STAGE ) - This prompt deals with the process of preparing for, performing, and ultimately succeeding in your audition stage. Feel free to add unnamed company trainees to your “group” for your stage, to do one with other company trainees as a thread, or to complete one as a purely solo endeavor.
( BONUS PROMPT ) - This prompt option deals with adjusting to the difficulties of living in the trainee dorms. Gender separation is strict and fierce, diets are heavily enforced, activities are monitored, and there is very little down time for participants. Currently active idols are able to leave when necessary for schedules, of course, but beyond that it is very much a “fishbowl” situation: small environment, lots of cameras, lots of observation.
AUDITION STAGES.
Please remember that Top Tier artists are available to claim from for covers (2NE1, SNSD, Wonder Girls, IU, GDragon, Big Bang, SHINee, 2PM) as well as in-universe popular songs (Poizn’s Love Scenario, Atlas’s I Need U, Daydream’s Glass Bead, CHERRY BOMB!’s Red Flavor, etc) but that solo artists are trickier so consider artists that are more established/classic like Younha or Hwang Chiyeol or even western artists that are popularly covered.
