Unexpected things to come

2026 is bringing surprises:

Daybreak is making a collaboration with Game Jawn to bring EverQuest Legends to life. This is going to be an updated version of the original 1999 version of EverQuest. "The guiding principle is to make it more approachable for the demands of today with a solo-friendly experience."

A new MMORPG named Monsters & Memories is having early access on June 1st. They are trying to recreate the MUD - early 2000s era of RPGs with modern software. Their races, classes, skills, graphics, gameplay, everything have a strong EverQuest vibe.

Looks like nostalgia is the driving force here. Darkpaw is catering this with new Progression Servers every year and Project 99 is still out there for everyone who wants to get to original experience. I do not know if the market for nostalgia is big enough for all of those or if the projects will just hurt each other and EverQuest in the end.

Planting seeds for a RevolUTION

Sooooo the revolution has begun! At last nights Co+op gathering a movement has started, Project 99. What is Project 99? Project 99 is a goal and a challenge for the Co+op community, only 99 participants of Co+op can be part of this. No one is forced or pressured to be part of this project. From what I remembered, I was selected to be part of this goal. Project 99 is a mission to bring 900 people, young adults to Co+op's 1st anniversary this October. The scary part is the 99 people have 99 days to complete this goal. Yikes!! The 99 participants are highly recommended by Justin to invite 9 new people who may not know God.

I was definitely, hesitant, nervous, anxious about this new series Justin has proposed.After praying about it, I'm content to take this challenge.Bring it on! I'm ready to take full action of Justin's great vision and proposal for the community of Co+Op.
