Is Starlight Igniter gonna have any Mobile Armor/Fortresses like designs? And if so will they be called something other than Cast?

yes! mobile tri-core fortresses are something we definitely have planned, 2 of which are already being worked on as turning points in the game, the mid-game boss and the first phase of the final boss. SUPER NOVA and the Altair Flying Fortress

Does "Starlight Igniter" refer to something specifically in the game/lore or is it just a fun action mech-y name?

every cast boss in the game calls out a special move before dying, it becomes a power struggle to counter. at the very end of the game, instead north star uses a special move- this move is called starlight igniter
