Project Management plan- This step defines how the various process in the project will work together fro better efficiency and productivity. This is a formal document which is used to help guide, control and execute the project. It is at this point which is like a kickoff meeting after the planning phase but before the execution.
Direct and manage project work- This is the process to manage the technical and organizational parts of the project. It serves to foster a smooth execution of the project work. This is how project goals are achieved.
Monitor and control project work-The work of the project needs monitoring and controlling. Whatever changes are happening should be well monitored and controlled so that the project is not affected negatively.
Project close- The project needs to be closed after review and rating of the project.
