Here is the full aftermarket parts list for my car as of August 14 2020.
It’s possible I forgot some things but this should be complete as of writing. I included everything I could think of, big and small. I went in order from the front of the car to the rear and grouped some things in that are the same at both ends.

Rumiko’s AP2
Found some flicks on my x100 from superbowl sunday. Didn’t have much planned so I ended up stopping by Eric’s parents spot in hayward to pickup the Project Mu Brake shoes I purchased off him. Justin ended up also being there helping Eric drain his fuel from his RX7. Decided I didn’t use the x100 enough so decided to bring it out. Finally met Eric’s dog Blu as well. It’s amazing how mellow and well behaved Blu was. It was cool catching up with them two since it’s been a long while since i’ve seen either of them. Enjoy these flicks of Eric’s RX7 and his doge.

Another update. Finally tackled the rear brakes, which were stock and very miled out.
We did DIXCEL SD slotted rotors, Project Mu BESTOP pads, new fluid and Project Mu Teflon braided lines front and rear.
The rear brakes aren’t very important or noticeable in an FF machine but it’s peace of mind knowing they’re done and done well now.
Also I got rear ended recently. Not a lot of damage but it still sucks.
More to come! Thanks for your time
On today’s agenda: brakes
So the 1996/97JDM Type R is a 4x114 hub and that makes it really hard to find brakes, because the more popular model was the 5x114 98 spec which was shared by all markets. However, I managed to find some goodies! Slotted Dixcel FS rotors and Project Mu Bestop pads.
You can see the before and after shots here! My old rotors were becoming warped and the wheel shook under heavy braking.
** UPDATE **
Very happy with the performance of these parts. The initial bite is a huge improvement and the stopping power is massive. Under full braking the rear end floats. Suspension will fix this, and that will be happening very soon.
