Project Pie @ 515 Shaw
I would be lying if I told you that I don't like eating - in fact, I love it so much that I would often go out and explore different places to eat just for the heck of it. It's not exactly something to be proud of, nor is it something practical, especially for someone like me who's still trying to stabilize her life (much more the financial aspect of it since I live alone). Nonetheless, it is something that helps relieve stress for me, so I might as well continue on - with limitations, of course. Thus, I have decided to keep my going/eating out to a minimum: four times a month, at the most, maybe?
Well, moving on. Living in the Shaw area where S&R Shaw and a whole lot of other good places are can really turn you into a foodie, if you aren't already one. When Project Pie opened, my family and I made it a point to spend the next celebration we'll be having there, as it was just right beside our place. I clearly remember it being my little sister Erin's birthday. Before I go out of context, I simply mean to say that I'm not new to the establishment and do frequent it. What's not to like about it? The interior is very comfortable and laid back, and there's pizza! Who doesn't love pizza, right?
What attracted me, though, to come back was not just the unlimited toppings, but one of their newest creations: the S'mores Nutella pie. I don't know which one caught my attention first - the S'mores, or the Nutella part. One thing's for sure, though: I sure as heck wanted to try it out right away!
I was expecting it to be a tad expensive since it was a heavenly treat (plus it was Project Pie - surely you'd expect a somewhat high pricing from a high standard establishment, right?). To my surprise, the S'mores Nutella pie only cost a mere P145. Now that is affordable! You don't need to sell your soul for a little piece of heaven. Why indulge yourself in sinful pleasures, when this sinful pleasure exists and isn't actually... sinful? Well, in spiritual terms, at least.
With this baby around, who cares about diets?
