then when I tried to play again the audio literally turned into static and it crashed

this notification keeos showing up even though theres nothing to claim in the shop and ??? it wont go away??? it shows up constantly. i did purchase a subscription last month, but i cancelled it today, and there were no charges to my card ? its very annoying
