1. Store materials and add bacteria in proportion. The water content is controlled at 60%-70%. The fermentation with less water is slow, and the aeration with more water is poor. Hypoxia will spoil and produce odor.
2. The starting temperature is better than 15℃ (can be operated in four seasons, not affected by the season, try to ferment indoors or in the greenhouse in winter), the fermentation temperature is controlled at 60~65℃.
3. Organic fertilizer fermentation requires oxygen-consuming fermentation. During operation, oxygen supply measures should be added to make it fully mixed, turn over frequently, and properly ventilate. The stacker works accurately and can meet the requirements. 4. Fermentation
Preheating stage: Generally it takes only one day from room temperature to 50℃.
High temperature stage: Generally only 2 days from 50-70℃.
Cooling stage: from high temperature to below 50℃, generally about two weeks. The temperature began to drop to normal temperature, indicating that the fermentation was completed.

a. Slow temperature rise: no or slow temperature rise in the reactor
The material is too wet, too dry, the nitrogen source is insufficient, and the pH value is too low.
b. The reactor temperature is too high: the reactor temperature exceeds 65℃ during fermentation.
