Birth of an Idea
For some time, I've wanted to start a personal project . An idea just came to me - Data visualisation on maps. I remember seeing news correspondents, on TV, use a touch screen to analyse regional maps of America. The tech was pretty nifty, with the ability to compare data across multiple years and identify trends for counties.
A great evil is analysis-paralysis. Software like this can become overwhelming complex if you're too liberal with features and ideas. It's important that I keep it simple at the beginning! As the product comes to life, I can start going wild with creativity and start experimenting with features.
The project will be completed in .net 6 and react. I'll write another blog on the ideas that I'm excited about and the (most important!) features that I want to focus on first.
