It should! My hair is naturally flat and boring and straight. The only way I can get it to have any volume is by curling it of perming it. D:

To be honest, I'm not sue what curling or perming is :P My hair is naturally insane. It never does anything even remotely normal, and the days that it does, no one is around to see it :C
