Performed my first illustration using sewing it came out well. Although I am creating a metal bird so sewing won’t be very effective.
I really like the last illustration of the bird.
Last note will be that I need to re consider what my book will look like. I was recommended a book whose pages slowly fold into a bird.

First day of term 2 and I have been tasked with creating a book on a object. My object is a metal bird.
The image above was produced by me miss understanding the task.
One of my ideas for this week is to create a book showing illustration about creating the bird but present it as something else (like how to cook a fish).

Last day of term 1. The crit went well, the tutors like the film and bts the scenes, however, the major problem was a single egg with sellotape on it which breaks the anti gravity illusion.
There was also a collection of university students to talk about their time. The most useful was illustration animation as they mentioned that there are workshops that teach certain software like unity.

I have continued my research into trying to create a 0 gravity area and looking into space sets.
Some of my team mates for this project have come up with storyboards so I have to work around this and create something everyone is happy with.

Didn’t do any illustration as I was to busy doing research for the new brief, attending a open day for illustration and animation and putting all my term 1 pdfs together.
Tomorrow I will have an assessment then do some storyboarding.

On that day we split our group into 2 to create a book and film presenting our machine. Film came out well, but the publish was a bit rushed. This is one of the pages I made.
Next day I have to complete 2 pdfs and put all the pdfs together.

The workshop day was not what I was expecting. I was expecting to learn how to use a new machine but it was creating our own machine and produce abstract shapes.
Lost £13 through A1 blue paper and white paint.
Hoping to create the video showing off the "machine" in use.

Today was a quick 1 day session on biscuits which I enjoyed. Then it was followed by a quiz which I did not enjoy, although that's because I don’t enjoy quizzes much.
