Yesterday, I was in a the alternative classroom for the day. I had a student who mentioned he wanted to be a rapper so I asked him to spit something for me. After he shot someone in the head, shot another one in the stomach, completed a drive by, then stabbed someone in his rap I had to stop him in light hearted manner. I asked why was he so violent in his rap. He stated that he didn’t know. The media got our kids gone.
