Ok so I play project sekai and I'm also a huge kotlc fan and when I'm obsessed with two things simultaneously I feel the urge to merge them together SO ENJOY MY KOTLC X PROJECT SEKAI PROPAGANDA HEEHEE. I'm gonna match characters based on how similar I think they are, personality-wise and but mostly story-wise
Kanade Yoisaki - Sophie Foster:
A kind hearted girl who lives without her (human) parents and who has taken responsibility to save people. Has been in hospitals a lot (Sophie getting injured frequently and Kanade visiting her dad), wants nothing more than a normal life with her family, wishes to save her closest friend from their abusive manipulative mother and confronts said mother bravely. She's also insomniac and her motto is "sleep is for the weak"
Mafuyu Asahina - Keefe Sencen
In terms of personality they have zero things in common, on the outside Keefe is more like Tsukasa, a vibrant, loud and fabulous material girl. But on the inside, he crumbles under his mother's expectations. They're desperately trying to escape from their abusive, manipulative and controlling mothers who pressure and use their children. Their mothers exhibit a twisted and fucked up kind of caring. Mafumom is vicariously living through her daughter and lady Gisella sees Keefe as nothing but her tool. Mafuyu's mom might love her, Keefe might joke about it, but it doesn't erase the consequences the parents' actions have on their children
Akito Shinonome - Marella Redek

He is a mysterious, shy boy that people consider unapproachable who doesn't express himself much, but he is very protective over the people most important to him. He hates his home, he wants to escape the pressure to fit in the image of the perfect child his parents have shaped for him. He wants to run away and refuses to be similar to his father. Rui Kamishiro - Dex Dizznee
Intelligent and cunning technology geniuses that everyone except their friends perceives as weirdos. They're the outsiders, the social outcasts that freak people out. Literal MENACES to society, "explosion" is their middle name and always seek to help people. They're handsome but no-one notices because they're weird. And unfortunately, they get no attention from writers... Every time people wait for a Rui event, just for it to be canceled, it's like waiting for our precious Dex to make an appearance again in the keeper books. Bitches so good they gatekeep them from us 🥀
Based on a post that basically said Dex is handsome but you don't notice it because he's super weird, and Keefe is super weird but no-one notices because he's handsome, this is literally Mafuyu and Rui parallels lol. Mafuyu is lowkey fucked up but people see her as this sweet girl, while Rui is really sweet but everyone sees him as a weirdo
Mafumom parallels Gisela while Toyadad parallels Cassius. Rich, stuck up and straight up asshole that doesn't ever bother pretending he cares about his son lol
Imagine Tsukasa as Keefe and Nene as Sophie bcause you have this absolute DIVA who can't sit on his ass for more than five seconds and is a literal menace to society that is like "Sparkle on✨💖✨✨💖✨💖 You're a star🌟🌟✨🌟😘🥰 DON'T FORGET TO EXPLODE THE SCHOOL💥💥💥" and the girl who just wants to put on headphones and pretend she doesn't know him and look at him like "girl you need to be put in a cage"
